9th Grade Running Back, Ty Isaac, Selected for Junior Rank Diamond Flight Camp in San Diego this August

9th grade running back, Ty Isaac, has his sights set on playing Division 1 football. At 6’2”, 200 pounds, Isaac, from Shorewood, IL, is a dominating force.

“I am really excited to be selected for the Diamond Flight Camp,” Ty said. “I want to get out there and do my best. I look forward to getting my name out there as a good player for coaches to keep their eye on.”

A Freshman at Joliet Catholic Academy in Joliet, IL, Isaac also plays center field for the school baseball team and has a 3.79/4.0 GPA.

“My dad played running back at Northern Illinois University and he is my inspiration,” Ty said. “My dad got to the college level without help from anybody. He helps me all the time and gives me the resources I need to get better so I think if my dad got to Northern without any help how far can I go with my dad’s help?”

What sets Ty apart from other 9th grade running backs?
“I can see things on the field that most other kids can’t. I can see where the play is going and how to break through,” Ty said. “I have a vision others don’t.”
