The Combine Curriculum
Each Participant performs a series of testing drills to showcase their individual skills. At the Combine, they also receive expert tips & instruction to help improve their results. Below is an overview of what you can expect when you attend a Junior Rank Combine Event:

Warm-Up/ Stretch
The ‘warm-up’ is vital before any sport, or any training session begins in order to avoid injury. The direct purpose is to energize the Junior Athlete’s body to provide optimal blood circulation & oxygen supply required by various muscle groups during the drills.

40 Yard Dash, Vertical Jump, Shuttle Run

Junior Athletes are tested in 3 Groups, among their peers:
Group A (6th Grade), Group B (7th Grade), Group C (8th Grade)

On-Air Routes (Short / Long)
From Offensive Lineman vs. Defensive Lineman drills to Quick Outs to Short Curls to proper footwork and more – Junior Rank Athletes get a chance to practice the techniques they learn.

Awards Ceremony (Wrap-Up)
At the conclusion of every Combine, the Junior Rank coaching staff will honor & recognize all the Participants and the Top Performers of the event.
